Hello There.

I think it's important to remember that this is, this blog of mine here at Devoted is not a bible. I speak (write) out from my own heart and everything does not fit everyone. But besides the differences from person to person it is important to remember that it is OK not to like everything and everyone, we can't. - BUT, there does not have to be a war because of differences. That does not mean one can't or shouldn't speak ones mind, but I hope that we all can agree on that we are above the act of personal attacks and bashing. I will sure do my best to set a good example. I suppose I should introduce myself. My name is Carola and I'm the main developer of this site we have come to name Devotion. The name came to mind because that is what we feel that we are to this fight referred to as 'equal rights'. Better called human rights, to me personally. I don't see any reason why women shouldn't fall under human rights, but many must because there's a need to fight for our rights. I am resided in the European lands and is a woman of the age 27. Of all that I would like to write about I am at this hour choosing to comment my thoughts on an article I just layed eyes on that arose a questioning nature of the author of the words. The title of the article read “21st Century Sexism?” and covers an escape for women from possible molestation in the Japanese National Railways. The choice of “women and children only” carriages. I find the solution great. Personally I don't understand how anyone wouldn't understand why it's great but obviously, I believe especially men, some have difficulties with the idea. (Could it be men either feel left out or that they feel they are denied the presence of women? What ever the reason may be it is selfish.) These men that fondles on the subway or anywhere doesn't seem to have it clear that the woman (probably) does not want his attention in that way and that a woman chooses who she wants sexual attention from and when not chosen it is sexual harassments. Some needs to understand that even though the man himself (most probably yes) would love to be fondled by a random woman he does not know, this is not the case with us women. I would love to read the opinions of other women on this subject, please do feel free to give me a comment. With Love Carola
